Green: Friday, Saturday, Holidays, Festivals Red: Sunday – Thursday
Lodge Room: 1 King or 2 Queens beds, Cable TV, hairdryer, fridge, iron/board (rate includes 1 or 2 people) Evergreen Suite: 2 bedrooms (1 queen, 1 king), living room with sleeper sofa, 2 bathrooms (one with whirlpool tub), partial kitchen, fireplace, iron/board, hairdryers (rate includes up to 4 people) Luxury Pond Suite Available - $115-165 Additional Rental Information Additional adults: $10 a night Minimum stays of two or three nights are required during certain times of the year. Reservation Policy: A deposit equal to one night's lodging is required to guarantee a reservation. The balance is due upon arrival. Cancellation Policy: If a cancellation becomes necessary, the deposit will be refunded if notice is given (15) fifteen days before the arrival date less a $15.00 service charge which is taken on all cancellations. If the cancellation is within 15 days of arrival date, a gift certificate for the balance will be issued. Refunds are not given on early departures.
