2010 RATES Rate table below shows general guidelines. Exceptions to these apply. *October FESTIVALS add $10 to Rate.
Green: Friday, Saturday, Holidays, Festivals Red: Sunday – Thursday
Lodge Room: 1 King or 2 Queens beds, cable TV, hairdryer, fridge, iron/board (rate includes 1 or 2 people) King Whirlpool: 1 king bed, refrig, microwave, coffee maker, hair dryer, DVD player, whirlpool tub Evergreen Suite: 2 bedrooms (1king each), living room with sleeper sofa, 2 bathrooms (one with whirlpool tub), partial kitchen, fireplace, iron/board, hairdryers (rate includes up to 4 people) Additional Rental Information Additional adults: $10/night Minimum stays of two or three nights are required during certain weekends in summer and fall. Reservation Policy: A deposit equal to one night's lodging is required to guarantee a reservation. The balance is due upon arrival. Cancellation Policy: If a cancellation becomes necessary, the deposit will be refunded if notice is given (15) fifteen days before the arrival date less a $15.00 service charge which is taken on all cancellations. If the cancellation is within 15 days of arrival date, a gift certificate for the balance will be issued. Refunds are not given for cancelations on day of arrival or on early departures.
