Minimum stays of two or three nights are required during certain times of the year.

Reservation Policy: A deposit equal to one night's lodging is required to guarantee a reservation. The balance is due upon arrival.

Cancellation Policy: If a cancellation becomes necessary, the deposit will be refunded if notice is given (15) fifteen days before the arrival date less a $15.00 service charge which is taken on all cancellations. If the cancellation is within 15 days of arrival date, a gift certificate for the balance will be issued. Refunds are not given on early departures.
